Maison Prive Apartments is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to fill various positions at our fully serviced accommodation facility in Nakonde.

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Facility / Operations Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ relevant supervisory or management experience, preferably in hospitality or accommodation operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of operational planning, staff supervision, customer service, and basic financial management.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Supervise staff and coordinate departmental activities.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and service delivery.
• Monitor maintenance, supplies, cleanliness, and operational costs.
• Prepare operational reports and implement management directives.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be honest, reliable, disciplined, and professional.
• Must demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be customer-focused and committed to quality service.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet operational expectations.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
