Maison Prive Apartments is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to fill various positions at our fully serviced accommodation facility in Nakonde.

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

2. Guest Relations & Reservations Officer (Receptionists)

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, or Business Administration will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in reception, reservations, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, telephone, computer, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, welcoming attitude, and ability to handle guest enquiries courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest enquiries, bookings, and reservations.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be honest, reliable, disciplined, and professional.
• Must demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be customer-focused and committed to quality service.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet operational expectations.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
