Loan Officers – Multiple Positions Available

Locations: Kitwe, Kalulushi, Luanshya

Position Overview: We seek two Loan Officers to drive client acquisition and manage loan portfolios responsibly. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach to help individuals and businesses access appropriate loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals and business owners.
• Explain loan products, terms, and repayment obligations clearly.
• Evaluate loan applications and assess clients’ repayment capacity.
• Conduct client visits to verify application details.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts diligently.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to meet business targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in lending, banking, microfinance, or credit management.
• Proficiency in loan appraisal, credit assessment, repayment monitoring, and loan recovery processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping abilities.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Experience in banking, microfinance, or credit management is advantageous.
