Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic IT Manager (Infrastructure) to join their team in Kitwe. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and strengthen the backbone of a growing organization's technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee servers, networks, and storage systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Drive IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Lead and mentor IT support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align infrastructure with operational needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service-level agreements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Proven expertise in IT security and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
