I.T Specialist – Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computer networks, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Maintain computer hardware and software across PCs, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and service printers such as inkjet, laser, and network printers.
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and daily use of Odoo accounting software.

I.T Specialist – Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network administration, hardware and software support, and CCTV system management.
• Working knowledge of Odoo accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
