Accounts Assistant

The Accounts Assistant will support daily accounting and financial activities, including preparing invoices, receipts, and payment records, assisting with reconciliations, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, and supporting statutory and tax-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Support bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and account schedules.
• Support statutory and tax accounting documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of financial records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High integrity and confidentiality standards.
