5. Gardener Supervisor (Landscaping)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to the gardening team.
• Plan, establish, and maintain lawns, flower beds, trees, hedges, and landscaped areas.
• Manage irrigation systems, planting, pruning, and pest control activities.
• Oversee gardening tools, equipment, and materials; manage supply requests.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure a tidy compound environment.

Requirements:

• At least three years of practical landscaping experience, including team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of plants, soil care, irrigation, and landscape design principles.
• Ability to read instructions and maintain simple work and inventory records.
