2. Legal Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the legal team, managing contracts, agreements, and all legal documentation.
• Advise senior management on legal risks, compliance, and regulatory obligations under Zambian law.
• Manage dispute resolution processes, coordinating with external legal counsel and courts as necessary.
• Ensure organisational compliance with laws, licences, and regulatory requirements.
• Review legal correspondence, policies, and official submissions to government authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid Legal Practitioners’ Practising Certificate.
• At least five years of relevant legal experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Zambian corporate, labour, and regulatory law.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and sound judgement.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
