Bartender

Qualifications:

• Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
• Certificate in Hotel Management or related hospitality courses.
• Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
• Open to both Male and Female applicants.

Duties:

• I Manage bar operations.
• II. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• II Monitor bar inventory.
• Create a diverse range of cocktails.
• III. Manage departmental budgets.
• IV. Act as the second in command to the Hotel Manager.
• V. Engage with clients in a friendly and attentive manner.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (For all positions):

• Must be a Zambian citizen.
• Minimum age of 25 years and above.
• Must be hardworking, honest, responsible, and professional.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
