2. Bartender

Number of Positions: 1

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate in Hotel Management or related hospitality courses
• A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage
• Open to both male and female applicants

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bar operations including preparation and service of beverages
• Create a variety of cocktails and ensure quality standards
• Monitor bar inventory and maintain stock levels
• Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of bar equipment
• Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems with accuracy
• Reconcile cash and transactions at the end of each shift

General Requirements for All Positions

• Must be a Zambian citizen
• Minimum age of 25 years
• Hardworking, honest, responsible, and professional attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
