Maison Prive Apartments is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to fill various positions at our fully serviced accommodation facility in Nakonde.

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

7. Bartender

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a bar environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of beverage service, stock handling, and basic drink preparation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Honest, presentable, organised, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar.
• Monitor beverage stock and report shortages.
• Handle customer orders professionally.
• Follow responsible beverage service and cash-handling procedures.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be honest, reliable, disciplined, and professional.
• Must demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be customer-focused and committed to quality service.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet operational expectations.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
