1. Operations Supervisor

Number of Positions: 1

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate in Hotel Management or related hospitality courses
• A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage
• Open to both male and female applicants

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the property to ensure smooth functioning
• Coordinate activities of department heads including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverages
• Manage departmental budgets efficiently
• Serve as second-in-command to the Hotel Manager
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the property and facilities

General Requirements for All Positions

• Must be a Zambian citizen
• Minimum age of 25 years
• Hardworking, honest, responsible, and professional attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
