Available Skilled Tradespersons Jobs in Lusaka

We are recruiting for the following trades with multiple openings:

1. Bricklayers (8 Positions)

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate in Bricklaying, Masonry, or related recognized trade qualification.
• At least 5 years of practical construction experience, preferably in building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and related masonry tasks.
• Ability to interpret drawings, measurements, and site instructions is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction site health and safety standards.

2. Plumbers (4 Positions)

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Craft Certificate in Plumbing, Plumbing and Metal Works, or related trade qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plumbing within the construction industry.
• Skilled in water supply, drainage, sanitary installations, and associated plumbing works.
• Ability to read and interpret basic plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction health and safety requirements.

3. Electricians (4 Positions)

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or related trade qualification.
• At least 5 years’ practical experience in electrical construction works.
• Experienced in wiring, installations, distribution systems, fittings, and testing.
• Competent in reading electrical drawings and specifications.
• EIZ registration or valid practising licence is an advantage where applicable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical safety standards is essential.

4. Tilers (6 Positions)

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate in Tiling, Wall and Floor Tiling, or related trade qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in tiling and finishing works.
• Proven ability in floor and wall tiling, surface preparation, cutting, alignment, grouting, and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to meet project timelines and adhere to construction site requirements.

5. Painters (5 Positions)

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate in Painting and Decoration, Painting and Decorating, or related trade qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction or building finishing works.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing techniques.
• Experience with various paints, coatings, and finishes.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality results.
