About the Security Supervisor Role

As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily security operations to ensure the safety and protection of clients and their assets. You will lead and support a team of Security Officers, coordinate site coverage, and uphold strict adherence to security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily deployment of security personnel to guarantee adequate site coverage across assigned locations.
• Supervise Security Officers, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee recruitment processes, enforce staff discipline, and organize training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, promptly addressing any concerns or requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with established security procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular security briefings, spot checks, and site inspections to maintain operational integrity.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly operational reports to management.
• Assist the Security Operations Manager in coordinating overall security activities and initiatives.

Candidate Requirements for Security Supervisor Jobs in Lusaka

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of experience working in the private security sector.
• Possession of a valid Class A motorbike rider’s license and the ability to ride a motorbike confidently.
• Age between 28 and 35 years.
• Residency in Lusaka with a strong familiarity of the city’s geography and security environment.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated professionalism and a sober-minded approach to security duties.
