About the Sales Agent Jobs in Zambia

As a Sales Agent at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our SME customer base by proactively selling tailored SME packages. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively sell SME packages to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive sustained business growth within the SME segment.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Team Leader.
• Maximize the use of all available sales tools and resources.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to attract and retain customers.
• Keep yourself and supervisors informed about competitor activities and market developments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services.
• Participate in product training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum of a Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• A Diploma in ICT, Marketing, or any business-related field is an advantage.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
