COMMISSION-BASED Sales and Marketing Agents

MCP SECURITY is looking for a self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Agents to help grow our security services business across Lusaka.

This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone who is ambitious and able to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote MCP SECURITY services
• Find new clients and generate leads
• Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
• Prepare marketing reports
• Build and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• Diploma in marketing or any business-related Field
• Experience in marketing or sales (security industry an advantage)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and proactive
• Able to work with targets and minimal supervision
• Must be based in Lusaka
