The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end hiring process and help us attract, assess, and onboard top talent to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment:

• Post job vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, extend offers

• Talent pipeline and do door to door recruitment.

• Build and maintain candidate databases for current and future roles in lottery sales/operations

• Candidate experience

• Manage communication with applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

• Employer branding

• Represent the company professionally to attract quality candidates in the Zambian job market

• Hiring compliance

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Zambian labor laws and company hiring policies

• Reporting
