Richmond is looking for a skilled and results-driven Recoveries Manager to join our team at the Head Office in Lusaka, Zambia.

Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recoveries pipeline across all branches
- Prepare account files and coordinate legal recovery actions
- Oversee the repossession of secured assets, including valuation, storage, and sale
- Lead the Recoveries Team and submit monthly performance reports to management
