Project Manager x 1

The project manager guides the project from start to finish while keeping the work on time, on budget, and within the agreed scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Direct day-to-day rig operations, site mobilization, and field execution strategies.
• Safety & Compliance (HSSE): Enforce strict health, safety, security, and environmental regulations, with the authority to stop unsafe work.
• Budget & Resource Control: Track project costs, manage Authorizations for Expenditure (AFE), and allocate equipment and personnel efficiently.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, technical departments, and local authorities.
• Project Closeout: Deliver end-of-well reports, document lessons learned, and finalize contractor invoices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mechanical, or Civil) or a related Earth Sciences field like Hydrogeology.
• Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in drilling operations, rig management, or groundwater/water infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of drilling methods, safety standards (well control/HSSE), risk assessments, and procurement processes.
• Certification: Professional Engineering membership with ERB with clean Practicing Certificate
