ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION

The Anti-Corruption Commission whose mission is to effectively prevent and combat corruption in order to promote integrity, transparency and accountability for sustainable development in Zambia invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:

PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIES ASSISTANT – STORES [1]

(a) Job Purpose

To undertake the receipt, storage and distribution of goods in order to facilitate availability.

(b) Principal Accountabilities

  • Undertakes effectively the storage and distribution of goods in order to ensure safety and availability;
  • Undertakes effectively the receipt of goods in order to ensure accountability;
  • Undertakes periodically stock take in order to facilitate implementation of appropriate interventions;
  • Undertakes timely the maintenance of stock database in order to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information;
  • Undertakes effectively identification of obsolete goods in order to facilitate their disposal.

(c) Qualifications

  • Full Grade 12 School Certificate;
  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent;
  • Valid Membership to Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS);
  • Minimum of two (2) year’s relevant post qualifying work experience;
  • Must be aged between 25 and 35 years old.
