• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Craftsman with strong plumbing
expertise and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults and leakages.
• Carry out general building maintenance and repair works.
• Perform basic carpentry, masonry, painting, welding, electrical, and
  related handyman tasks as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing or a related
  trade.
• Proven experience in plumbing and general maintenance works.
• Knowledge of building maintenance systems and practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
