PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

Reports to: Chief Partnership Officer | 2 Positions

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, analysing market trends and leading marketing, brand positioning, communication and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define new product requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop the Business Development and Marketing budget and action plans.
• Manage key stakeholders, brand agencies and client queries.
• Monitor business pipelines and drive growth and customer retention.
• Implement the overall Marketing and Corporate Affairs strategy.

Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field. A Master’s is an added advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.
