OPERATIONS MANAGER

DUTIES

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain with ZRA documentation, Congo receipts, and other important documentation.
• Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and workshop.
• Driver management and training skills.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have a Diploma or Degree in transport and Logistics
2. Must be a member of the ZILT
3. Must have atleast 3 years work experience
4. Must be based in the Copperbelt preferably (Kalulushi, Kitwe, Chingola)
