(NMC) invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated individuals for the Human Resources Intern position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee records management and filing.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and correspondence.
• Maintain HR databases and personnel files.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Recent graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A member of ZIHRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
