3. Hose Assembler

Locations: Kitwe, Solwezi, Lumwana, Kalumbila

Role Summary: Fabricate, install, inspect, and repair hydraulic and industrial hoses ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

• Install hose assemblies, fittings, and nozzles accurately
• Perform routine maintenance and pressure testing on hoses
• Maintain detailed records of stock, repairs, and consumption
• Adhere to safety and environmental protocols

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full Grade 12 certificate with good grades
• Hydraulic certification preferred; supply chain qualification an advantage
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in hose assembly and repair
• Valid driver’s license and membership in a relevant engineering body
• Proficient with hand and power tools, crimping equipment, and forklifts

Key Competencies: Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, physical fitness, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
