Key Requirements

• 9–12 years of overall experience in banking, with strong exposure to corporate financing and financial solutions.
• Proven experience working with banking financial institutions, lenders, and financing partners to secure funding for business requirements.
• Strong ability to understand financing needs and identify suitable funding sources based on business requirements.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key financial stakeholders.
• Strong customer orientation with a proactive approach to solving problems and meeting business expectations.
• Ability to analyse business requirements, processes, and objectives and translate them into appropriate financing solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, banking products, and corporate financing requirements.
• High level of resilience, professionalism, and work ethic when managing financing proposals and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the organisation’s financing requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support ongoing business operations and strategic plans.
• Identify suitable sources of financing from banking financial institutions based on funding requirements and business objectives.
• Prepare financing documentation, coordinate meetings, and manage the overall process of securing required funding.
• Engage with banks, lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders to negotiate and facilitate appropriate financing solutions.
• Ensure that all requirements and conditions set by financiers are properly understood, addressed, and fulfilled.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend suitable financing structures, products, or solutions where necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking institutions and other financial stakeholders to support ongoing funding requirements.
• Monitor financing processes and provide relevant updates and information to management and internal stakeholders.
• Support effective financial planning and decision-making by providing accurate information regarding available financing options.
• Perform additional finance-related duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
