GRADUATE TRAINEE X4

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively evaluate loan applications Track and maintain accurate credit and loan information
• Identify and acquire new clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and support client retention.
• Effectively manage debt collection

Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or Marketing.
• A good judge of character, with the ability to accurately assess customers’ reliability when determining loan eligibility.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to cultivate and strengthen existing customer relationships as well as building new relationships with potential customers.

FINANCE “Creating Wealth, Changing Lives”

• Verbal and written communication skills: Ability to explain loan terms clearly to customers, to ensure they have a complete understanding of the terms.
• Decision-making skills: Evaluating customers’ loan application and determining whether to approve their loans.
• Experience in SME lending and a driver’s licence are added advantages.
• Location: Lusaka, Zambia.
