As a Graduate Trainee at MartMoney Finance, you will gain hands-on experience in key areas of financial operations, including loan evaluation, client management, and debt collection. This full-time position provides a strong foundation for building a successful career in finance while contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications accurately to determine eligibility.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date credit and loan records.
• Identify potential clients and actively contribute to client acquisition.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships to support client retention.
• Manage debt collection processes efficiently to minimize risk.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or Marketing.
• Sound judgement and the ability to evaluate customer reliability for loan decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good decision-making skills underpinned by analytical thinking.
• Experience in SME lending is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence is considered an asset.
