Electrical Engineering Manager

The Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects, installations, maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering principles and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Oversee electrical installations and ensure they meet standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
• Ensure all electrical activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Academic qualifications must be verified by ZAQA.
• Valid professional registration with the relevant engineering regulatory body in Zambia.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Experience:

• 5–10 years’ relevant experience in electrical projects, installations, maintenance, and safety compliance.
