Role Overview for Direct Sales Agent Jobs in Zambia

As a Direct Sales Agent at Bayport Financial Services Zambia, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our financial products and services to existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads from the designated target market.
• Engage with potential clients to explain and promote our financial services.
• Gather and report market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification of General Certificate of Education (GCE).
• Basic selling skills with a proven ability to persuade and influence clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales or working within a financial institution is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a Direct Sales Agent will be considered a plus.
