JOB TITLE: CLEARING AND FOWARDING COORDINATOR

Job Description:

• Prepare and verify clearance and shipping documents.
• Follow up on customs clearance and border procedures.
• Monitor and resolve delays or clearance issues.
• Ensure cargo is delivered to the correct destination on time.
• Maintain accurate shipment and clearance records.
• Prepare reports on cargo movements and delivery status

Education Qualifications:

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of customs clearance and logistics is an added advantage

Minimum Experience:

• At least 1–2 years’ experience in Logistics, Transport, Clearing & Forwarding, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cargo, documentation, drivers, and deliveries is an added advantage.
