• The successful candidate will deliver professional nursing and personal care within a home environment, ensuring the patient’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
• Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing and personal care tailored to the elderly patient’s needs.
• Monitor and assess the patient’s health status and overall wellbeing regularly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Observe and promptly report any changes in the patient’s condition to relevant parties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment within the home.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to enhance patient comfort.
• Candidate Requirements Must hold a valid nursing qualification with professional registration.
• Experience in caring for elderly or sick patients is highly advantageous.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently within a private home setting.
