Available Heavy Equipment Operator Jobs in Kitwe

We are recruiting for the following positions on behalf of our client:

• Crane Operators (3 vacancies)
• Boom Truck Operators (8 vacancies)
• JCB Operators (5 vacancies)
• SLM Operator (1 vacancy)

Position Details and Requirements

2. Boom Truck Operator (8 Positions)

• Minimum Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Class C or appropriate heavy vehicle driving licence.
• Valid Boom Truck/Truck Mounted Crane Operator Certificate.
• At least 3 years’ experience operating boom trucks safely.
• Knowledge of boom and stabiliser/outrigger operation, load handling, rigging, and slinging.
• Ability to conduct daily equipment inspections and report defects.
• Valid medical fitness certificate and clean driving record.
• Good understanding of road safety regulations and ability to work shifts and extended hours.
• Mine safety experience is an advantage.
