Qualifications and Experience Required

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for secondary school teachers jobs in Lusaka at LICEF School:

• A Teacher’s Diploma with a minimum of five years teaching experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least three years of teaching experience.
• Experience teaching at the IGCSE level is highly advantageous.
• Possession of a valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) Practising Licence.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to motivate and inspire students.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons at the secondary school level.
• Assess, document, and report on student academic progress accurately and timely.
• Participate actively in curriculum development and extracurricular activities to enrich the school community.
• Maintain and promote the values and ethos of LICEF School while upholding high professional standards.
