Position: Zipline Operator
Location: Twalumba Resort and Hotels
Are you adventurous, safety-conscious, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences? Join our team as a Zipline Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct safety briefings for guests.
Inspect and maintain zipline equipment before each operation.
Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
Assist guests with harness fitting and equipment use.
Monitor zipline activities and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Maintain accurate operational and safety records.
Requirements
Training or certification in adventure activities, outdoor recreation, first aid, or occupational safety is an added advantage.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
