We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
• Supervise and lead a team of mechanics.
• Ensure high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform diagnostics and quality control checks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a workshop manager or senior mechanic.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Proficiency in workshop management, diagnosis, and quality control.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and safety standards.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Mercedes-Benz & BMW Models.
