• Extensive mechanical knowledge of Sinotruk 371 and Foton Auman 430 AMT systems, engines, and diesel mechanics.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team of technical professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage customer interactions, team coordination, and reporting.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with workshop management software and standard office applications.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a truck repair or workshop setting is essential.
