Responsibilities

• Overseeing welding operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Managing a team of welders and providing technical guidance.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welding Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding and supervisory roles within the construction or manufacturing industry.
