Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory Manager (Storekeeper)
Location: Lusaka (opposite Makeni Mall)
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Manager to take full charge of our 600sqm electronic products warehouse.
This is a hands-on role you will be responsible for making sure everything is in the right place, properly recorded, and always available when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all incoming and outgoing stock check quantities, track movements, and keep records accurate
Monitor inventory levels daily spot shortages early and submit purchase requests in time to restock
Maintain product pricing records in the system
Oversee the showroom display ensure the entire space is clean, tidy, and products are arranged neatly for customers
Coordinate with the sales team to make sure display stock matches what’s available in the warehouse
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience managing a 500sqm+ retail store or wholesale warehouse
Hands-on experience with inventory management (stock in/out, stocktaking, and replenishment)
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Able to work independently and solve problems on the spot
Basic computer skills for stock records (Excel or inventory software is a plus)
