Job Summary

The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain available food and beverage options.
• Take and relay customer orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns promptly.
• Set up and clear dining tables.
• Process customer bills and payments where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or lodge is preferred
