Apostolic Voice Education Trust (AVET) is excited to announce the launch of the AVET Africa Leadership Development & Mentorship Programme, a pioneering initiative focused on cultivating emerging leaders in Zambia. We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers for various roles to support the successful launch and operation of our inaugural cohort. This opportunity offers meaningful engagement for individuals passionate about leadership development and community impact.
We invite applicants to join our volunteer team in the following capacities:
This volunteer-run programme is built on the principle that authentic leadership development is achieved through structured training, mentorship, and practical community projects rather than solely through online courses. Most volunteer roles require a commitment of just a few hours per week, while Guest Facilitator positions involve delivering one or two specialist sessions.
Volunteers will gain invaluable hands-on experience in leadership development, receive a certificate of service, and obtain a reference letter upon successful contribution. This role also provides the unique opportunity to help shape the future of African leadership by directly influencing emerging leaders through mentorship and training.
