Visa Specialist

Basic Information:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Document Review & Preparation: Review and organize visa application materials submitted by clients to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
2. Client Guidance & Consultation: Guide clients in completing visa application forms and answer inquiries regarding visa policies, application procedures, and document preparation.
3. Liaison & Progress Tracking: Communicate and coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and related institutions; track visa processing progress in real time and provide timely updates.
4. Daily Operations & File Management: Handle daily tasks including appointment scheduling, document submission/collection, and delivery, while properly managing client personal privacy records.
5. Information Updates: Collect and organize the latest international visa policies and dynamic updates to ensure internal visa information is updated promptly.

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Background: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in English, Tourism Management, Foreign Languages, or related fields preferred.
2. Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in visa processing or outbound travel operations; familiar with visa application processes for major destinations (e.g., Europe, US, Japan, South Korea).
3. Language & Technical Skills: Strong English reading and writing skills; proficient in reading English visa requirements and navigating online application systems.
4. Professional Competencies: Meticulous and rigorous at work, with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong service mindset.
5. Stress Tolerance: Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively during the visa application process.
