Detailed Job Descriptions and Requirements

Till Operator

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash drawer accuracy at shift start and end.
• Scan items, verify prices, and process payments via cash, cheque, or card.
• Balance cash and secure funds appropriately.
• Provide courteous customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Greet customers professionally to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years cashier experience with POS systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Trustworthy with cash handling; minimum age 18 in Zambia.
• Physically and medically fit.

Additional Application Requirements

Candidates should be prepared to undergo a physical examination and provide a medical report along with police clearance as part of the recruitment process.
