Temporary Sales Representative

3-week contract ending 1st December 2026

Kasempa Kreations, makers of custom Mukwa/Kiaat hardwood furniture, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused sales representative for a short-term position during our busy season.

Key Duties

• Welcome and assist customers at our showroom
• Promote and sell our furniture ranges
• Respond to WhatsApp and phone enquiries and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotation requests and follow up with clients
• Record daily enquiries and sales
• Coordinate with the workshop on orders, delivery and dispatch

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate (sales or marketing qualification is an added advantage)
• Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or retail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and Facebook for business
• Honest, presentable and self-motivated
• Based in Ndola and available to start immediately and work until 1st December 2026
