JOB DESCRIPTION
To install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems and equipment, ensuring all work complies with Zambian electrical codes and safety regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install wiring, lighting, control systems, and electrical panels.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Repair or replace defective electrical components and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards at all times.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Advanced Certificate or Crafts Certificate in Electrical Engineering from a TEVETA-accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
A valid Certificate of Competency (where applicable) is required.
