Technical Sales & Support Technician

Angel Oak Technologies is looking for a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused Technical Sales & Support Technician to join our team at the Kitwe office.

The successful candidate will support outside sales activities, provide technical assistance to customers and installers, and conduct product-based training on our range of Hikvision, Huawei, and Solar products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outside sales visits to customers, installers, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, and solutions to customers.
• Conduct product-based training for installers, clients, and corporate customers.
• Support customers with Hikvision security systems, Huawei networking and collaboration solutions, and solar products.
• Assist with product selection, configuration guidance, and technical troubleshooting.
• Promote AngelOak Technologies products and help achieve sales targets.
• Keep up to date with new products, technologies, and industry developments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• A certificate, diploma, or other recognised qualification in Information Technology (IT) or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of CCTV, networking, access control, and related security systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Huawei networking or collaboration products and solar power systems will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability and willingness to conduct field visits and outside sales activities.
• Confidence in delivering product demonstrations and technical training.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in Kitwe or be willing to relocate to Kitwe.
