Job Description:

Redeem’s mission is to protect the homes and land of the world’s most vulnerable widows and orphans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Program Officer and leadership in setting and refining Redeem’s strategy in Zambia.
• Lead, supervise, recruit and manage a multidisciplinary casework team.
• Coordinate casework activities to restore land-grabbing victims’ rights, support prosecutions and prevent abuse.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with experts to improve programme quality.
• Engage political, cultural and religious leaders, law enforcement and judicial institutions.
• Advocate for Redeem, its partners and clients with relevant authorities.
