About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and safety-conscious Senior Tanker Driver to join our logistics operations team in Zambia. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of liquid bulk products across our national and regional supply network. As a senior operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our logistical schedules are met with the highest level of professionalism and strict adherence to industrial safety standards. This position requires a candidate who understands the complexities of Zambian road infrastructure and is committed to maintaining the integrity of our fleet while delivering excellence to our clients. You will serve as a key ambassador of our brand on the road, ensuring that all regional deliveries are conducted timely and in full compliance with transport regulations. • Safely operate heavy-duty tanker trucks across long-distance routes within and outside Zambia.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the loading and unloading of liquid cargo with strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental protection guidelines.
• Maintain precise digital and physical logbooks detailing fuel consumption, delivery times, and route management.
• Perform minor on-road repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize delivery delays.
• Ensure all transport documentation, including customs paperwork and hazardous material manifests, are accurate and submitted on time.
• Strictly follow defensive driving techniques to minimize accident risk in varied traffic and weather conditions.
• Mentor junior drivers on road safety, vehicle maintenance, and company operational procedures.

• Police clearance Certificate
• N.R.C copy
• Annual Medical Report / Bi-Annual if 50 years and above
• Passport copy
