Position Overview

The successful Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of assigned teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Required Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Catering, Food Production, or a related field.
• A Diploma in a relevant field is an advantage.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, hospitality, or a similar operational setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage daily operations, and meet targets effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in allocating duties, monitoring performance, and maintaining discipline.
• Good knowledge of workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications, is advantageous.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Valid Driver’s License, Police Clearance Certificate, and Medical Report.
