Duties and Responsibilities

As Center Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation center.
• Supervising and supporting staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Ensuring quality care and rehabilitation services for all clients.
• Monitoring staff performance and maintaining professional standards.
• Implementing organizational policies and procedures.
• Preparing operational reports for the Executive Director and Board.
• Managing client admissions, discharges, and program coordination.
• Maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.
• Overseeing the use of the Center’s resources and facilities responsibly.
• Promoting teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Performing any other duties reasonably assigned by the Executive Director/CEO.

Qualifications

• Social work/psychology/
• Nursing or related field. must has Computer literacy: Microsoft office
• Female
